Key Responsibilities:
* Translate business challenges into clear, actionable insights by analysing and interpreting complex datasets.
* Perform in-depth data extraction and analysis using SQL to support decision-making and solution design.
* Produce high-quality technical documentation, including data mapping, process flows, and system specifications.
* Work closely with UI/UX designers, engineers, and testers to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional deliverables.
* Support the development lifecycle by ensuring requirements remain aligned with business goals and user needs.
