QLD State Manager – Transport & Logistics Brisbane | Up to $150,000 Super | Senior Leadership Role Lead the operation. Own the outcomes. Shape the future. We’re partnering with a well-established national transport and logistics business with decades of market presence and a strong reputation for safety, compliance, and long-term customer relationships. The Queensland operation is a critical part of the national network, and they’re now looking for an experienced State Manager to take full ownership of performance, people, and profitability across the state. The Opportunity This role exists to lead the Queensland operation end-to-end. You’ll have accountability for operational performance, financial outcomes, contractor and staff leadership, and customer delivery. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership, but this is very much a hands-on leadership role where decisions are made locally and ownership sits with you.
