Key Responsibilities
This role will support our organization's affinity insurance services in a trust department.
Some key responsibilities include:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls via multiple phone lines with a multi-product portfolio – both life and health products as well as property and casualty products.
* Respond to customer communications via email and written correspondence.
* Maintain service quality and timeliness standards.
* Interact with other departments on various projects including new programs, products, and technology.
* Support knowledge management transfer within the department through training, quality, and intranet projects.
* Evaluate individual customers' needs and propose additional insurance products based on personal and business needs.
* Maintain customer records by updating account or policy information.
* Provide analysis support and prepare reports for accurate business results.
* Reconcile client payments against the policy administration system.
