Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure that goods are stored in a safe and secure manner to avoid damage or loss.Take ownership for the training, and management of all warehouse staff.Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to facilitate accurate tracking and replenishment of stock levels.Coordinate with production teams to ensure that materials are delivered to the manufacturing line in a timely manner.Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including inventory levels, shipments, and receipts.Maximise space utilisation and warehouse efficiency by organising and optimising storage layouts.Negotiate contracts and agreements with transportation and logistics providers to optimise delivery schedules and costs.Continually evaluate and improve warehouse processes to drive efficiency and reduce costs.What sets you apart?
Strong minded and an influential leader.Disciplined and consistent.Experience in warehouse and inventory management.A current forklift licence with recent practical experience (essential).
Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills.High-level computer literacy and proficiency with inventory software.Experience with any inventory management system is required to support warehouse operations effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A team-oriented approach and a drive for continuous improvement.Why Join Us?
