Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, invoices, and order processing.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Follow up on leads and support sales campaigns.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Administrative Support : Manage daily office administration including filing and data entry.
- Coordinate deliveries and track stock.
- Customer Service : Provide excellent front-line service to clients and suppliers.
- Handle enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in sales support, admin, or customer service (preferred).
- Solid organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
