**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, health, and government sectors.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Contracts Administrator or Junior PM on commercial projects, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. They will be client-facing and play a key role in driving quality, time, and budget outcomes while learning and growing within a supportive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate subcontractor and consultant activities
* Manage procurement processes and assist with programming and scheduling
* Track variations and cost control, and support design development and approvals
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar preferred
* Experience in contracts administration or junior project management on commercial projects
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
