As an Outside School Hours Care Coordinator, you have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and want to develop their skills in program design, relationship building, and leadership.
You will be responsible for designing engaging programs for 5-12 year olds, building positive relationships with the school community, mentoring team members, and overseeing compliance and administrative tasks.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a completed or studying ACECQA-recognised qualification, a valid Employee Working with Children Check, and a willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid certificate.
About the Role
* Program Design: Create engaging programs for 5-12 year olds that promote learning, socialization, and fun.
* School Community Relations: Build strong relationships with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Mentorship: Develop the skills of team members through regular training, coaching, and feedback.
* Compliance and Administration: Oversee all aspects of compliance, including health and safety, child protection, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
* Qualification: Completed or studying ACECQA-recognised qualification.
* Certification: Valid Employee Working with Children Check.
* First Aid: Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid certificate.
