In 2020, we proudly expanded into Caboolture, bringing with us our expertise in air conditioning, electrical, and solar solutions.
We're a supportive, down-to-earth team that values professionalism, initiative, and teamwork. Right now, we're looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Caboolture office and keep operations running smoothly.

The Role
This is a diverse and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with our Director, trade staff, and customers to make sure the office runs efficiently and that our clients continue to receive the high level of service we're known for.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating and scheduling jobs in ServiceM8 for our trade staff
* Acting as the first point of contact for customer calls and emails
* General administration tasks: filing, document preparation, data entry, tasking jobs for invoicing, and system updates
* Supporting trade staff with schedule requirements and logistics
* Receiving incoming stock and ordering office supplies
* Managing office procedures, correspondence, and filing systems to ensure efficiency
Training provided: One week of initial training at our Toowoomba head office (all accommodation covered).

About You
We're looking for someone proactive, organised, and who enjoys being the go-to person in the office. Ideally, you will have previous experience in office administration (trade industry experience is a bonus), but more importantly, you'll bring the right attitude and drive.
You will bring:

* A friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communication skills – both written and verbal
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team
* Experience with a work management system (advantageous but not essential)
