This role involves providing technical expertise and support to ensure the effective operation of underground mine services. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate the transition to cemented paste fill and implement a comprehensive underground paste reticulation network.

* Develop and implement strategies for improving departmental capability and performance
* Manage continuous improvement projects across their full lifecycle, including planning, stakeholder engagement, change management, and closeout actions
* Support leadership in managing risk portfolios and understanding risk appetite
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and objectives

Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering or a related field
* Experience in mining or similar industrial operations, preferably in an underground environment
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerBI
* Strong communication and customer support skills, with ability to engage with various levels of the organization
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deliverables

* The role is based at Olympic Dam, with options for residential, FIFO ex-Adelaide, or DIDO from regional SA
* Standard working hours are 8/6 roster, with flexibility to accommodate changing business needs
