The Role:

* New business development - manage and grow our client base.
* Generate leads, using creative & varied techniques to ensure a constant flow of incoming leads, including actively promoting our services to local businesses & communities.
* Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
* Providing presentations and tours to prospective clients. Demonstrating facilities and highlighting features and benefits that meet identified needs.
* Creating great customer experiences via positive and personalised interactions.
* Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries.
* Tracking leads, appointments & sales daily on our CRM.
* Working with your team to meet and exceed sales targets and other KPIs.
* Follow directions, prioritise & complete tasks in a timely manner.
* Perform other related duties.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* 3+ Years Previous sales experience, preferably in a service industry but not mandatory.
* A financially motivated individual with natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
* Experience in a KPI driven environment with a pro-active Lead Generation mindset.
* Ability to build rapport with people from varied backgrounds, and a desire to help individuals succeed with their goals.
* The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles.
* Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others.
* Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
* Ability to be a role model and live by healthy values and behaviours while being passionate about your work.
* Accountability, reliability and professionalism are essential in this role.
* A proven track record of achievement in a sales or business development environment is highly desirable.
