What you'll be doing:
Walking into your centre you'll smile, as the early morning sun shines over our Pilbara nature escape. When the door opens, you'll smell the fresh home‐style meals and feel the community spirit, while you catch up with your fabulous colleagues and your special little ones. You'll encourage them to grow socially and emotionally while instilling a love of learning. You'll work with a close‐knit team of educators to ensure our children enjoy a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. You'll maintain high‐quality programs, manage compliance, and truly engage with our wonderful children and families. At the end of your shift, you'll walk out the door knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.
You'll be great in this role if you...
* Have infectious enthusiasm and passion for early years education and care
* Hold a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or an equivalent qualification
* Can obtain an HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
* Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012
* Have previous experience in child services, developing or implementing programs for 0‐to‐5‐year‐olds
* Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
