About the Role
Our client is looking for a vibrant Property Manager to join their thriving team in Lake Macquarie! The ideal person for this role will have a proven track record of a strong work ethic and have the ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously. This role is ideal for someone hungry who is looking to lead and continue their growth within the property industry.
* Managing a clean portfolio of 160 with assistance
* Effectively manage Landlord and Tenant communication
* Oversee in-going, out-going and routine inspection process, with assistance
* Relationship building with landlords
* Arrears management
* Manage all lease renewal negotiations
About You
To be considered for this role the ideal applicant will possess:
* Minimum 2 years plus property management experience
* Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast‐paced environment
* Current Real Estate Agent License or Certificate of Registration
* Current Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Local area knowledge
* Lead by example and provide direction to property managers
This position is five days per week Monday to Friday.
