Delivery Team Leader
Your role in this position involves overseeing and directing a team of delivery personnel. This includes ensuring that the team is operating effectively, efficiently, and safely.
You will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and daily operations of your team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that customer expectations are met.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
A key aspect of this role is safety management. You will need to ensure that all team members follow proper manual handling procedures, adhere to COVID-19 hygiene protocols, and comply with road safety rules.
You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing any underperformance or lack of customer satisfaction among team members.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills, be proactive, and have a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
In addition, you should have a full car license and own transportation, as well as the ability to lift equipment and meet physical demands of the role.
