Role
We're looking for a curious, proactive Analyst to join our Operational Resilience team and help strengthen how we prepare for (and bounce back from) disruption. You'll play a key role in supporting our business continuity, supplier risk and resilience activities across the Group, making sure we're future-ready and CPS 230-aligned.
Position Accountabilities
Help deliver and continuously improve our resilience program.
Support business impact assessments and identify critical processes and risks.
Assist with third-party risk reviews, monitoring and policy guidance.
Contribute to business continuity planning, testing and reporting.
Support governance forums, crisis response activities and CPS 230 implementation.
Provide data insights, incident analysis and reporting for leaders and the Board.
What Experience You'll Bring
2 years in operational resilience, business continuity or operational risk.
Insurance experience is a plus.
Strong communicator with solid stakeholder skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Ability to interpret data and support clear risk reporting.
Location – Toowong
