As a Labourer for Council you will put your experience to use in forming, placing and finishing concrete assets, stormwater drainage, asphalt placement and compaction and/or general roads maintenance.

Essential:
- Experience in labouring duties relevant to the work area (kerb and gutter, footpath, asphalt, stormwater
drainage or road maintenance).
- Operate minor plant and equipment associated with construction and maintenance work
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- WHS General Induction Certificate
Desirable:
- MR or HR class drivers licence
- Traffic Control (Blue Card)
- Backhoe/Loader/Roller or Skidsteer Experience
- To meet Council's WHS requirements and in accordance with Council's Covid-19 Safety Plans, this position has been identified via risk assessment to be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or provide evidence of an approved medical contraindication. If a medical contraindication certificate is provided, it will be assessed against a risk assessment and the decision of whether Council accepts the medical contraindication certificate, will be based on operational needs._
