* Lead education initiatives across three key areas: Outpatient Oncology Unit, Infusion Lounge, and Medical/Palliative Care Unit.
* Identify learning needs and design structured education programs to support staff development.
* Mentor and coach nurses to ensure they feel confident and equipped to deliver safe, compassionate care.
