Role Overview
Our Platforms Assurance team drives overall risk posture and automation capability across central Macquarie Technology programs. We deliver a coordinated approach to Central Program delivery, encompassing Cyber, Cloud migration, and continuous improvement activities.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will cultivate strong relationships with the project team, cross-functional teams, and the wider delivery group. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating and planning cross-divisional technology projects in support of the Enterprise Technology Platforms Assurance team.
You will work closely with delivery leads, teams, and business stakeholders to ensure the function delivers on its objectives for risk transformation and continuous improvement. A high attention to detail, combined with expert risk management, issue resolution, and dependency management skills, will drive successful project outcomes.
Your Qualifications
* Extensive experience in Project or Delivery Management, particularly in institutional banking or financial services.
* Background in managing technology projects across cloud/on-prem infrastructure, platform/service assurance/security, and software development.
* Strong project reporting skills and a risk mindset.
* Adept at utilizing efficient stakeholder engagement strategies within a challenging business environment.
* Solid understanding and experience in different project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
* Advanced proficiency in tools like PPT/Jira/Excel and data analysis skills.
* PMP/Prince2/Safe/Scrum certification highly desirable.
