We are EIL Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA regions across various technologies such as desktops, servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific locations. Currently, we are looking for engineers for our onsite support requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
As an IT Support Engineer (On-call/Freelance/Casual) based in Melbourne, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
* Based in Melbourne, IT Support Engineer (On-call/Freelance/Casual), responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients.
* Strong knowledge of AV systems, meeting room technologies, and video conferencing solutions.
* Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration tools and meeting room environments.
* Basic networking knowledge (LAN, cabling, connectivity troubleshooting).
* Exposure to EUC support, device management, and onsite IT operations.
* Ability to support non-Windows and non-Microsoft devices for basic connectivity and troubleshooting.
* Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
* Proficiency in desktop support and troubleshooting.
* Strong understanding of networking concepts including LAN, WAN, and router configurations.
* Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
