Role Overview: We are seeking a Collections Specialist to manage our customer accounts, focusing on early-stage arrears for secured and unsecured loans.
Your role will involve maximizing recoveries while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overdue accounts by assessing customer financial situations and proposing solutions.
Implement debt recovery strategies, including payment plans, skip tracing, and liaising with external agencies.
Develop and document effective collections processes to foster a best-practice culture.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions related to each account.
Build strong relationships with management and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations, including NCCP Act, Privacy Act, ASIC guidelines, and AML/KYC requirements.
Post-probation, there is an opportunity to work two days a week remotely.
