Are you passionate about delivering excellent technical support and helping others succeed? We're looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Analyst to join a vibrant educational institution. In this entry-level role, you'll be the first point of contact for teachers, students, and staff—ensuring smooth ICT access, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with projects during school breaks.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for ICT support for teachers, students, and staff.
* Provide Level 1 IT support across hardware, software, and networks.
* Troubleshoot issues and document resolutions; manage multiple requests and meet SLAs.
* Assist with ICT projects during school breaks.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
* Level 1 IT support experience (hardware, software & networks)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple requests, meet SLAs, and document processes
* Familiarity with ticketing systems
* Knowledge of both Mac (preferred) and Windows environments
Bonus skills:
* Previous experience in education or similar settings
* ITIL or related certification
* Project or change management exposure
Requirements:
* Tertiary IT qualifications (preferred)
* Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Onsite role, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm in McLaren Vale.
