About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender and an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-energy venue where quality service, atmosphere, and guest experience are key.
You will need your skills, speed, and attention to detail to deliver a best-in-class experience in a premium bar and nightclub environment.
Part time and Full time hours available.
Late night hours mostly

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare equipment, stations, and stock for service
* Prepare cocktails and beverages to a consistently high standard
* Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional service
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
* Complete opening and closing duties as required
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service flow

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Proven experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium bar or nightclub
* Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage production
* A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and late night hours
* Strong attention to detail and presentation
* Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
* A strong work ethic and "can-do" mindset
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, and late finishes
* A valid RSA Certificate

Bar Supervisor – Additional Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of cocktail bartenders by example
* Assist with service flow, team coordination, and standards on shift
* Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume bar environments
