We're looking for an experienced Insurance Broker to join our growing business.
This role suits someone with strong SME and/or Farm insurance knowledge who enjoys building relationships, managing a portfolio, and being part of an evolving brokerage.
About the Role
You'll manage and grow an existing and new portfolio, provide high-quality advice, and work closely with clients across SME and/or Farm sectors. New Business growth will be a requirement for this role. This is an active broking role with flexibility around location and working arrangements.
Location Options
* Horsham (Head Office): 4 days in office required
* Gippsland (Maffra/Sale region): Flexible arrangements available (work from home or local setup)
* Other locations: Considered for the right candidate
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3+ years' experience as an Insurance Broker
* Tier 2 qualification – essential
* Tier 1 qualification – preferred (or willingness to obtain)
* SME and/or Farm insurance experience
* Solid understanding of current regulatory and compliance obligations
* Experience with the Insight broking platform preferred (but not essential)
* Motivation to actively grow and manage a portfolio
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
