We are seeking a motivated and approachable Junior Administration Assistant to join our friendly team in Woolloongabba

Key Responsibilities
* Greet clients and visitors professionally and warmly
* Assist and support PA Hospital Volunteers
* Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
* Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and general administrative tasks
* Organize workload effectively and prioritize tasks
* Handle personal information confidentially and with integrity
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* High attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* A friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work independently
* Proven proactive problem-solving skills
