Calling all community and stakeholder advisors! Incredible opportunity to join one of Australia's large telcos as a community relations advisor. Two to five years experience needed in a similar role. Full time or part time options are on the table.
Exposure to Australian Property Law and Town Planning Regulations would be looked on very favourable. Understanding of Australian Telecommunication Regulations would also be beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are non-negotiable.
**The role**:
1. Audit key regulatory planning processes (Mobile Phone Deployment Code processes) and report on non-compliances and initiate suggested improvements with external suppliers
3. Prepare training presentations for internal & external audience
4. Investigate and respond to ACMA complaints & audits
5. Responses to MP, Council, media, public and internal enquiries
6. Maintain key policy documents e.g. Regulatory Guidelines, Stakeholder Engagement
7. Assist with implementation of new policies and regulatory reforms e.g. Temp facilities, Certifiable facilities To improve response times to external enquiries e.g. CEO mailbox, MP's, ACMA
8. Support Mgr with community issues and difficult site issues
9. Ensure knowledge of processes and policies are internally communicated
You'll need:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- To be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
