As An Electrical Instructor, You Will Report To The CAE Senior Instructor. Utilising Methods Such As Face-to-face, Blended Learning, ELearning, Emulators, And Part-task Trainers, You Will Deliver a Range Of Courses From The PSTC Suite Of Training Including But Not Limited To
* Naval Electrical Systems and Equipment Maintenance
* Naval Power Generation Equipment
* Integrated Platform Management Systems Operation/Maintenance
* PLC Programming/Maintenance
The role we are offering you
* All activities necessary to deliver specific training courses
* Support operation instruction to ensure successful training outcomes and training events
* Perform in the role as a SME
* Implementing approved changes maintaining the learning management packages
* Demonstrate and integrate safe behaviour in day-to-day operations
Our Ideal Candidate Has
* Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain within first 12months of employment)
* Cert III or higher in Electrical Fitting or similar
* Ideally will have a Naval background, but not essential
