We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Office Administrator to join our team.
The Role: As a Casual Office Administrator, you will support the HR and management teams while maintaining the efficiency and organisation of the office.
Your tasks will include:
Conducting onboarding interviews for new staff
Ensuring all staff are compliant to work, including checking documentation and training requirements
Managing incoming and outgoing emails
Handling phone calls and providing support or direction where needed
Maintaining office stock levels and ordering supplies as required
Preparing and updating staff files
Preparing documents, reports, and general correspondence
Supporting HR and management teams with recruitment or administrative tasks
Maintaining office organization and assisting with social group activities when required
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You:
Previous experience in office administration is essential
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant programs)
Blue and Yellow Card, current Police Check, and 100 points of ID
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
