Warehouse Team Leader Marsden Park & Smithfield, NSW $80K – $82K Super We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across our Marsden Park and Smithfield sites. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on leadership style, strong operational experience, and a background in manufacturing or engineering workshop environments. You will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, supervising the packing team, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring all activities are carried out with a strong safety-first approach. The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead the warehouse function across receiving, inventory management, dispatch, and logistics coordination while supporting shipments across the APAC region. You will also work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure goods are handled efficiently and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the warehouse and packing team Manage goods receipting, storage, inventory control, dispatch and deliveries Coordinate local and international shipments through the ERP system Manage relationships with freight forwarders and logistics providers Maintain accurate stock control and lead stock takes Ensure warehouse operations run efficiently and meet performance KPIs Conduct Root Cause Analysis on operational issues Drive improved warehouse organisation and housekeeping Ensure accurate documentation and traceability of goods Maintain and promote a strong safety-first culture About You: Experience in a Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader role A background in manufacturing, engineering workshop, or industrial environments (highly desirable) Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management Experience using ERP systems or warehouse management systems Strong leadership and team management skills A proactive approach to safety and workplace compliance Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities What’s on Offer $80K – $82K super Join a structured manufacturing environment Work within a safety-focused organisation Stable, long-term opportunity with a growing business Apply now to be considered for this opportunity.
