 
        
        Dreamworld and White Water World are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your creativity, leadership, and passion for food to one of Australia’s most iconic entertainment destinations.
Overview
As a Chef de Partie, you will supervise and support the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals across outlets and events while assisting the Executive Chef with menu development, innovation, and food presentation. You will maintain compliance with food safety programs and HACCP standards, manage stock control to minimise wastage and support cost efficiencies, and train, mentor, and develop team members while leading by example.
Responsibilities 
- Supervise and support the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals across outlets and events.
- Assist the Executive Chef with menu development, innovation, and food presentation.
- Maintain compliance with food safety programs and HACCP standards.
- Manage stock control to minimise wastage and support cost efficiencies.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members; lead by example.
What We’re Looking For / Qualifications 
- Trade-qualified Chef with a current Food Safety Supervisory Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within events, large-scale operations, or premium dining.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
