Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Urban Night Service Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operational staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional services during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver outstanding services, handling late arrivals, early departures, guest requests and issues, and in-room dining with precision.
* Promote a collaborative workplace culture, supporting your supervisor in supervising Night Auditor and security personnel, ensuring effective performance and adherence to standards.
* Perform and verify the accuracy of Night Audit functions, reconcile accounts and transactions, and IHG One Rewards audits.
Additional Duties
You will also be responsible for monitoring security systems, conducting regular patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining a secure environment for all guests and staff. Additionally, you will act as Chief Warden during emergencies in your absence, following crisis management procedures to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.
