As a Talent Engagement Coordinator at face2face Recruitment, you will be supported to identify and nurture positive relationships with suitable candidates to meet client needs. Working closely with your Team Leader, you will be guided through the day-to-day management of team accounts, with clear direction and ongoing feedback to help you grow and succeed. Primary Responsibilities
• Build relationships with applicants throughout the recruitment process and maintain engagement with successful candidates during their tenure with clients
• Ensure strong alignment between candidate capabilities and role requirements
• Maintain talent pools for frequently recruited roles, including administration and relationship management
• Manage welfare and performance of labour-hire workers, liaising with client managers as required
• Ensure compliance with recruitment workflows and accuracy of data across systems and communications
Specific duties
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (Recruit Wizard) and supporting tools
• Complete candidate submission, placement and onboarding processes
• Format resumes accurately, including creating formats from scratch
• Conduct verbal and written reference checks
• Post advertisements on SEEK, the f2f website and manage EOIs
• Update Recruit Wizard notes for all candidate interactions
• Monitor Account Manager inbox when required
• Respond to candidate and public enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Maintain documentation in SharePoint
• Conduct candidate searches via internal databases and SEEK Talent Search
• Complete regular check-ins with labour-hire workers
• Conduct performance reviews with client hiring managers
