About the Role
A Receptionist is required to fill the extremely important role of being the first point of contact for Solomon Hollett Lawyers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career as a receptionist in a stable, professional environment where exceptional client service is paramount.
The role will see you managing the front of house area, providing exceptional service to our clients at every touch point from when they walk through the door to responding to client enquiry emails and answering the phone.
Key Areas of Responsibility
* General receptionist duties including managing a busy phone system
* Client Services: Meeting, greeting and generally liaising with clients with professionalism and warmth
* Administrative Support: Arranging client meetings and general office administrative duties
* Client Communication: Responding to client enquiry emails and phone calls promptly and professionally
* Database Management: Maintaining our client database with accuracy and attention to detail
* External Duties: Collection of post from post office and other duties as required
* Hospitality: Providing refreshments and ensuring client comfort in reception areas

Essential Requirements:
* Experience in administration or reception environments
* Highly motivated, driven and well presented
* Excellent customer service skills
* Eager to learn with a desire to take ownership of the role
* Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
* Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to long-term employment
* Discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Desirable Qualities:
* Experience in professional services environment
* Understanding of legal terminology and processes
