The Risk Officer will play a key role in shaping the employment landscape. This includes engaging in policy development, program implementation, or direct support services that impact job seekers, employees and the economy.
The successful applicant will understand the department's business and be able to draw on corporate knowledge and networks to achieve required results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing multiple tasks within tight timeframes
* Assist senior risk officers with facilitating risk workshops for different audiences and development of risk training and guidance materials
* BUILD POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS AND NETWORKS ACROSS THE DEPARTMENT TO SUPPORT MATURING AND MAINTAINING A POSITIVE RISK CULTURE
* Review and update risk documentation
* Manage the section's record management of shared drives and Outlook folders
