Hotel Property Operations Job Overview

The successful candidate will require flexibility to work outside regular business hours and occasional interstate travel. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the operation and maintenance of Accor Hotel Apartment and Leases' 112 Hotels and Resorts across Australia and New Zealand.
* Coodinating new server installations, upgrades, decommissions, and maintenance while travelling.
* Updating property documentation and providing feedback as required.
* Delivering projects on time and within set standards.
A sound understanding of enterprise systems such as SCCM Software Updates Management, System Configuration, Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Automated Monitoring, and Networking and Security principles is essential. Effective communication with stakeholders is crucial for fault resolution or project conclusion.
