About the Position
As the Lecturer in Project Management, you will deliver high-quality education across undergraduate, honours and postgraduate levels, using contemporary and innovative teaching methods across on-campus, online and blended learning environments. You will contribute to curriculum design and course development, including the establishment of professional accreditation for Project Management programs, ensuring they remain current, competitive and aligned with industry needs.
You will play a key role in enhancing the teaching profile of the Faculty of Science and Technology. You will enhance student learning experiences and contribute to CDU's strategic priorities in professional education and build strong engagement with industry partners, professional bodies and the broader.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
* Proven experience in teaching, curriculum development, and assessment, particularly in Project Management and related areas.
* Demonstrated ability to create and deliver high-quality teaching experiences across a range of formats, including on-campus, online, and blended learning.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively within academic teams and engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
* Knowledge and understanding of sustainable practices in teaching, research, and administration to align with university policies and initiatives.
* Experience in fostering industry relationships and collaborations to support curriculum relevance, and student employability.
* Ability to contribute to professional accreditation processes and industry engagement
* Commitment to the University's values.
Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Teaching Focused Academic Level B. The base salary will be in the range of $116,429 – $137,659 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $136,221 - $161,061 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
