* Maintain in-depth knowledge of product ranges, promotions, installation processes, and warranties.
* Coordinate with installers, warehouse, and suppliers to ensure efficient order processing and timely installation.
* Address customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
* Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and sample organisation.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
