Adelaide Urology Care is seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Practice Manager / Personal Assistant to support the operations of our specialist urology clinic. This hybrid leadership role offers the opportunity to work closely with a highly respected urological surgeon while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a modern, patient-focused practice.

About the Role
As Practice Manager / PA, you will:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our urology clinic
• Provide executive support to the lead urologist, including comprehensive diary management
• Coordinate consulting, surgical, and personal appointments with precision
• Manage billing and payments (Medicare, DVA, Private Health, surgical lists)
• Ensure optimal patient experience and uphold our patient-first ethos
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the urologist's diary, including consulting sessions, operating lists, meetings, and personal commitments
• Oversee clinic workflows and support administration across multiple sites
• Liaise with hospitals, patients, GPs, specialists, and referrers in a professional and timely manner
• Handle confidential correspondence, theatre bookings, and surgical coordination
• Supervise front desk and administrative staff
• Manage clinic finances including payroll, invoice payments, and monthly reconciliations
• Maintain supplies and liaise with suppliers as needed
• Assist the lead specialist with administrative tasks as required
• Ensure the lead specialist and clinic comply with healthcare standards and clinic policies
• Ensure a patient-first approach is consistently maintained across all clinic interactions and operations
About You
• Previous experience in medical practice management and/or executive support (specialist practice experience highly regarded)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and empathetic manner
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• Proficient in medical software (e.g. Gentu) and Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• A calm and confident presence, especially in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Valid right to work in Australia
• Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
