Our client is a well-established trading company with strong business ties to Japan. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to support our contract administration/trade operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Import/Export related contract administration or trade-related work, preferably within a Japanese company.
Location and Employment Details
Office near Hampton area (Hybrid arrangement: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Employment type: Permanent Part-Time. Working hours: 5 hours per day (including a 30-minute lunch break), e.g., 10:*****:00 or flexible within standard business hours. Salary: $40,000 per annum (Includes statutory annual leave and carer's leave entitlements).
Description
Manage and support Import/Export related contract administration or trade operations tasks
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Assist with reporting and compliance-related duties
Support Japanese-speaking clients or colleagues as needed
Your Profile
Prior experience in Import/Export related contract administration or trade operations
Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency
Understanding of Japanese business culture; Japanese language skills are a strong plus
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
