Job Description
This role provides critical support to our Darwin based Nursing recruitment team, helping drive initiatives that grow our candidate database and achieve recruitment objectives. Key aspects of the role include:
- Proactively provide administrative support to the recruitment team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with candidate management, job postings, and recruitment workflows
- Support internal initiatives aimed at attracting and engaging high-quality candidates
- Help maintain accurate records and recruitment systems to support team efficiency
- Contribute to achieving recruitment targets and supporting client-focused outcomes

You are organised, proactive, and confident using systems and digital tools. You pay attention to detail, learn quickly, and enjoy supporting a team to deliver results.
Previous exposure to busy commercial or sales environment would be highly regarded.
