We are passionate about Clean Loop Recycling Our reverse vending technology enables the collection of used drink containers to ensure that containers have the best chance of being turned back into containers again. It is part of a continuous recycling process which we call Clean Loop Recycling, to ensure that fewer resources are used, less energy is wasted, and containers do not end up in our oceans, streets, or landfill.
We're proud to be collecting containers across Australia, with over 320 collection points across NSW. In addition, we have state-of-the-art Recycling Centres in Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia, Victoria and soon to be Tasmania
This role plays a critical part in helping us achieve this goal by ensuring our Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) and other equipment run at maximum operational performance. As a Field Service Technician, you will be working amongst a team of people who are very passionate about doing good for the environment and our community.

Job Responsibilities:
* Servicing and maintaining installed equipment including conveyors, sensors, motors, mobile comms and other equipment.
* Reporting on service assignments and faults.
* Installing kiosks and bulk processing equipment at new sites.
* Providing excellent customer service to our partners and members of the public.
* Analysing areas of potential improvement of products and reporting to local service team.
* Cleaning of equipment.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong diagnostic and analytical skills, particularly in relation to mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment maintenance.
Key Requirements:
* Educational background in Electrical Trade Certificate III or Disconnect-Reconnect Certificate or Mechanical/Electrical Trade background.
* A great personality with previous experience interacting with customers in person.
* Unrestricted driver's license and willingness to submit a full driving history record and medical certificate.
* Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends.
