Job Title: IT System Support Officer
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve technical issues with desktop, email, printers and networks.
* Manage user accounts, system imaging, patching and software deployment.
* Maintain timely ticket resolution and accurate documentation.
* Support networking basics, VPN and mobile device management.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years in IT/desktop support or equivalent experience.
* Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
* Proficient with Windows devices, Apple mobile devices and Microsoft 365.
* Networking fundamentals - TCP/IP, VPN.
* Experience with Active Directory, ENTRA ID and MDM.
