We are seeking a skilled Planning Customer Experience & Engagement Officer to join our high-performing public service organisation.
This role is an exciting opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of NSW residents and contribute to delivering diverse planning, housing solutions and infrastructure across the state.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer submission requests, providing high-quality information services, and supporting internal stakeholders and communities of NSW.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver best practice customer service and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in customer experience, engagement, and planning, and be part of a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer submission requests and provide high-quality information services

Requirements:

* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Familiarity with planning and customer experience principles
