About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Expert with Administration skills to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage daily operations, and support the branch manager.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and presentation skills, a current driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face customer service
- Greet customers and visitors at reception with a positive attitude
- Ensure customers have a great experience within the branch
- Answer customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person
- Provide support to the manager and run daily operations
Requirements:
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current driver's license
- Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position, working 4 days per week. The successful candidate will work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with set hours of 8am-1:30pm (Tuesday) and 9am-2:30pm (Wednesday-Friday).
