Uncle Toby's is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Senior Brand Manager to join our vibrant marketing team. In this crucial role, you will be empowered to lead our Iconic Uncle Tobys brand's growth and innovation, making a meaningful impact in the marketplace. A day in the Life…

* Step into the role of a Market Leader, where your contributions will be pivotal in shaping a category and business
* Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing local brand innovation and communication strategies – bringing bold, strategic thinking along with creative problem solving to drive brand growth
* Take the lead in unlocking growth with incremental innovation pipeline for one of our prized local brands.
* Enjoy the challenge of managing a significant marketing investment, ensuring our brand remains top of mind with existing and new consumers
* Play a key role in our ambitious sustainability agenda

What will make you successful:

* Strong business and commercial acumen, with substantial experience in marketing, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) category.
* Demonstrated success in creating and implementing marketing strategies, as well as experience in the development of ATL campaigns and specifically creation of local communication.
* Proven leader in innovation, with expertise in NPD, concept creation, and successful market commercialization.
* Proven ability to influence cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to develop, align, and execute growth-oriented strategies.
* Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
* A passion for people development and a strong aptitude for fostering talent and leadership within the team.
* Experience in seasonal categories is advantageous.
