Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our daily site activities.
* Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
* Manage relationships with sub-contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
* Develop and implement short-term plans to drive project progress and efficiency.
* Monitor project costs, revenues, and expenses to ensure alignment with project objectives.
* Oversee QA, EHS, and other regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Prior experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on large-scale projects (ideally above $50 million).
* Proven ability to manage complex construction packages, associated trades, and teams.
* Strong understanding of construction practices, building design, and general construction principles.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
* Able to coordinate and organize teams, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions.
