Food & Beverage (F&B) Attendant – TFE Hotels
TFE Hotels is a leading hotel management and hospitality group operating well-known brands including Adina, Vibe Hotels, and Travelodge Hotels across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. The company delivers quality accommodation and guest experiences across hotels, restaurants, and event spaces.
We are seeking friendly and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our hospitality teams and support daily service operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and seat guests in restaurant or hotel dining areas
* Take food and beverage orders accurately
* Serve meals and drinks to guests in a timely manner
* Prepare and serve basic beverages (e.g. coffee, tea, soft drinks)
* Clear tables and reset dining areas between services
* Process payments using POS systems where required
* Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
* Assist kitchen and bar teams during busy service periods
* Provide friendly customer service and handle guest requests or concerns
In simple terms: You are the front-line team member delivering food, drinks, and outstanding customer service in hospitality venues.
Skills & Requirements
* Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work in fast-paced environments
* Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
* Team player with good time management skills
