Our client is a respected plaintiff personal injury firm with a strong presence in the NSW market. Their team is known for running high-quality motor vehicle accident (CTP), workers compensation and public liability matters.
You will be joining our client’s Sydney team, working closely with senior practitioners who are recognised as leaders in personal injury, including Accredited Specialists and lawyers recommended in Doyle’s Guide.

About the Position
Our client is looking for a confident and ambitious Personal Injury Lawyer (ideally 3+ years PAE, but more experienced lawyers are very welcome to apply) to join their plaintiff practice.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own portfolio of predominantly plaintiff CTP files (statutory benefits and common law)
- Handle a mix of workers compensation and public liability claims as matters arise
- Work directly with a Partner and Head of NSW Claims (Accredited Specialist) and a Special Counsel (also an Accredited Specialist)
- Run matters from intake through to resolution, including liability investigations, quantum assessments, negotiations and mediations
- Regularly liaise with clients, medical experts, insurers and counsel
- Be encouraged to grow your profile, develop referrer relationships and contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth
Key Requirements
- Admission as a Lawyer in NSW and current practising certificate
- Ideally 3+ years PAE in plaintiff personal injury (CTP, WC or PL)
- Solid file management skills – able to run matters with appropriate supervision
- Strong organisation and time management, able to juggle competing deadlines
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
