The role To start ASAP, reporting to the Finance Director, this temp role (minimum of 2-3 months) is a fantastic opportunity to assist the Finance & Operations teams transition to a new ERP system, forming part of a large data cleansing-data migration project. This role focuses upon data cleansing, validation and correction of data, with an emphasis on reviewing contract pricing data to ensure proper compliance/alignment with existing supplier contracts. On offer is great flexibility, offering hybrid 3 days in office/2 days at home. The role will be comprised of; Duties Reviewing- cleaning master data Analyze contract pricing records – and identify pricing discrepancies Update, identify and correct contract prices in the ERP system. Adherence to all billing tasks as instructed by senior members and tea Validate the data via reconciling, and exception analysis Liaise with internal stakeholders re contract terms, pricing logic and data errors Other Ad hoc tasks and duties as directed by management. Skills & experience Candidates will need to have experience in Pricing Administration, with knowledge on contract pricing, rate structures and commercial terms, with exposure to data cleansing and master data management. The role would suit someone who likes to get their hands dirty with data cleansing, validation and correction, and feels comfortable in working with ERP master data and contracts, liaising with the Finance and Operations teams.
