Responsibilities
As Site Manager, you'll take ownership of on-site delivery for high-end D&C residential projects, working closely with in-house architects, clients, and subcontractors. Your role will include:
* Managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
* Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site teams to meet program and budget requirements
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and the internal design team to maintain premium delivery standards
* Monitoring progress, costs, risks, and ensuring compliance with WHS regulations
* Driving a hands-on, high-quality approach to workmanship and site delivery
Your Profile
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor on Class 2 or luxury residential projects
* Strong understanding of D&C methodology and construction sequencing
* Confident leading site teams, subcontractors, and liaising with clients and consultants
* Solid commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, programs, and risk
* Hands-on, proactive, and committed to delivering projects to a premium standard
