About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales team. This is a hands-on position that requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and confidence in dealing with clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting sales agents with day-to-day administration
* Preparing listing and sales documentation
* Coordinating photography, floor plans, signage, and marketing campaigns
* Liaising with buyers, sellers, settlement agents, and trades
* Managing databases, CRM systems, and buyer enquiries
* Attending home opens and assisting with buyer follow-up
* Ensuring compliance with real estate legislation and internal procedures
About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and professional, with a genuine interest in real estate.
You will ideally have:
* Previous experience in real estate or a strong desire to enter the industry
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence dealing with clients and stakeholders
* A high level of attention to detail
* A current WA driver's licence
* A current or willingness to obtain a WA Real Estate Registration
