Join Our Team at Tradelink – Be Part of Something Bigger! Your recent role: As our next Showroom Sales Consultant, you’ll welcome customers into our Carrum Downs branch and help them with product selections in a customer-first, sales-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Welcome builders, renovators, and retail customers into our Carrum Downs branch.
Guide customers through bathroom, kitchen, and laundry product selections.
Create quotes, process orders, and manage accounts.
Build strong relationships with local builders, suppliers, and retail clients.
Take a proactive sales approach, bringing in new business opportunities.
Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri 8:30am–4:30pm + Saturday mornings (4 hrs, paid at overtime rates).
What you’ll need to succeed
Showroom/trade sales experience (plumbing, bathrooms, kitchens, or related industries) OR a proven sales/account management background with a hunter mentality.
A strong customer focus and solutions-based selling skills.
Have an adaptable, “can do” mindset to support a small but high-performing team.
A current driver’s licence and Australian working rights.
